Acquisition  provides the owner with a permanent residency permit in Mauritius, provided regulatory terms are satisfied. The price is set at twenty six million rupees (MUR 26M).  interior finish can be customized. Individual plots are of a surface area of +/- 950m2 of which residential area occupies +/-  460m2.
